Dalat Edensee Lake Resort & Spa, Da Lat

Dalat Edensee Resort & Spa is a hidden gem for those looking to escape the chaos of city life. I loved the beautiful natural surroundings and the spacious villas that offered both comfort and privacy, even when the resort was fully booked. The staff were incredibly welcoming, particularly Ms. Phuong at reception, who made us feel right at home. The only downsides were a slight delay at check-in and the need for transportation to get into town, which could feel a bit remote for some visitors.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. While the location is stunning with fresh air and beautiful views of the lake, the quality of the rooms left a lot to be desired, especially concerning the privacy and noise levels. Although some staff members were friendly and helpful, the dining experience was disappointing, especially given the great food reputation Vietnam has.
